CHEQUERED FLAG IS PLEASED TO OFFER THIS DRIVER QUALITY V12 ROADSTER. 1 NEWPORT BEACH FAMILY OWNED FROM NEW. COLOR CHANGE FROM HARVEST GOLD TO BLACK (NOT GREAT QUALITY BUT WOULD BENEFIT FROM A COLOR SAND), RECENT LEATHER SEATS, NEW TOP. JUST CAME OUT OF 2 YEAR STORAGE, STEERING RACK IS A LITTLE "LUMPY". ENGINE IS STRONG WITH GOOD OIL PRESSURE BUT MISSES A LITTLE. A/C DOESNT WORK. ONE WIRE WHEEL IS MISSING SOME SPOKES AND THE SPARE HAD BEEN CURBED SO WE HAVE ORDERED 2 NEW WHEELS FROM BRITISH WIRE WHEEL THAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE. This E-Type V12 Roadster was imported into Europe from California, USA in July 2005, its (original) engine having been rebuilt there in 2004.
Completely restored in Holland between 2005 and 2007, the car has taken part in one Jaguar Owners Club (Holland) event and in July 2007 successfully completed the New York to Los Angeles Anniversary Rally.
Only offered for sale because of its owner�s need to reduce the size of his substantial private collection, the car comes with Netherlands registration papers and a photographic record of its restoration.
