This 1973 Jaguar E-Type Series 3 Convertible is equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission. This contributes to the focused and more classic driving experience associated with this model. As a convertible, the car belongs to the open-top variants within the E-Type series, featuring the corresponding proportions and the characteristic finish of the final generation. The combination of Series 3 technology and the open body distinguishes this version from the earlier inline-six models in the E-Type series.
The car has been restored and fitted with a new Sonnenland soft top. In addition, the interior has been reupholstered in high-quality leather. Approximately € 8,000 was spent on this work. The 1973 Jaguar E-Type Series 3 Convertible was recently given a complete overhaul, involving a mechanical investment of approximately € 10,000. The attached invoices document this work. This combination of restoration, a new roof, a new leather interior, and recent mechanical work provides the car with a clear documented history based on the available information.
