This example was built in 1970 and originally exported to the USA before being re-imported in 1997, at which point it was converted to right-hand drive, fully recommissioned, and resprayed. A bare metal respray in metallic BRG followed in 2008, and a new interior was fitted in 2010, establishing the fine standard that this handsome car enjoys today.

The inline-six was rebuilt in 2018, and a Jaguar XJ6 gearbox with overdrive was fitted in 2019, complementing the US-spec rear differential to deliver what the vendor describes as great acceleration and road-holding. A number of sympathetic upgrades have been carried out over the years, and the car was checked over by a Jaguar specialist in August 2025. It comes accompanied by a large quantity of spares, the original toolkit, and a detailed history file stretching back nearly three decades.
