The car was restored starting in 1995, completed in 2004. At that time the car was repainted Opalescent Silver Blue instead of the original British Racing Green.

Errors in the records and stampings is rare but not unheard of. Original records were hand written in a journal by employees, not necessarily the same employee. Errors happened.
