Ebay item 7/5/15
www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-E-Type-Roadster-/381318445000
Current bid US $6,100 reserve not met 16 bids 6 days left in auction. 108k miles.
Sellers description:
1970 Jaguar XKE Roadster, built December of 1969 2 seat Roadster, straight six 4.2 liter twin overhead cam in line motor, 4 speed manual gearbox
Believed to be a three owner car with service history dating back to 1979 and in the correct original color of Primrose yellow with black leather interior, chrome wire wheels.
The jack is there complete with spinner removal tool and hammer. Bodywork is original, paint is a cheaper paint job done some years ago, it has at some stage though been bumped at front left and the hood shows signs of repair throughout, the engine compartment is in its original paint, chassis plate is there showing all original numbers. The 4.2 liter motor fires up without hesitation and shows excellent oil pressure, it drives well, tracks straight, gears shift smoothly. Interior is very clean with nice leather on seats, good dash top, nice door panels.
