Current bid $5,611.51 reserve not met, 5 bids 6 days left in auction. Buy it now price $25,000.

    Sellers description:
1967 Jaguar E-Type with the 6 cylinder overhead cam 4.2 litre motor. It is in very nice original condition. It has 72818 original miles. The motor has recently, within the past 2000 miles, had a valve job and the three SU carburetors rebuilt. It starts and drives fine. It is not a show car but a very nice daily driver with original paint job. The front and back seats have just been redone with black leather upholstery. All gauges work and the transmission shifts smoothly. It is a pleasure to drive and handles very well. No shimmy or wobble. Brakes are disc front and drum back and are in good condition. Tires are Michelin red-line and it has chrome spoke wheels ( plus a spare). I have taken pictures of the frame and engine number for you to look up if desired.

    Ebay item 3/21/23

    www.ebay.com/itm/385491335665

Opening bid $67,125 reserve not met 0 bids buy it now price: $89,500, seller westcoastclassics, 74k miles, car now in Torrance, California, previously Keller, Texas.

    Seller's description:

West Coast Classics are proud to present an absolutely exceptional example of this 1967 Jaguar XKE E-Type Series I 2+2 Coupe with it's original matching # 6 cylinder 4.2L/246HP engine matched to an automatic transmission and finished in it's striking 'Carmen Red' color paint with a beautiful 'Biscuit' leather interior and with five chrome 'knock-off' wire wheels, jack, knock-off mallet, handbooks & wooden steering wheel! The car will be sold with all its original owners manuals, manufacturers warranty, periodic maintenance vouchers, Sales & Service, & original Jaguar XKE 2+2 brochure featuring the exact car!

This is an extraordinarily rare and completely rust free and professionally restored to a standard equal to when it was originally manufactured and built on 2/17/1966 and dispatched on 3/8/1966 for California over 56 years ago, matching #'s 4.2 engine 1967 Jaguar E-Type XKE Series 1 2+2 Coupe! This is a truly marvelous example of this coveted first series of E-Type Jaguars, with the legendary glass covered headlights, small 'mouth' opening at the front, 4.2L liter engine with the triple SU carburetors, aircraft style toggle switches and rear tail and signal lamps positioned handsomely above the chrome rear bumper!

So here it is, a professionally restored with no expense spared and meticulous attention to detail 1967 Jaguar XKE E-Type Series 1 2+2 Coupe with the optional automatic transmission coupe with it's original matching #'s 6 cylinder 4.2L/265HP engine, heads and transmission and with four original Jaguar chrome knock off spoked wire wheels, a wooden steering wheel, original jack, mallet and spare chrome wire wheel! The car had a full professional repaint in 'Carmen Red' and a full 'Suffolk & Turley' factory specification correct restored interior trim in 'Biscuit' with correct grain hides and the restoration was made to be as original as correct and possible with correct screws, set screws, brass vs steel, copper vs cadmium etc parts. The car boasts 'Willwood' bolt on front disc brakes for safety and an aluminum radiator with large fan.

The car had an already originally very straight rust and accident free body which received a full no expense spared restoration in 2013-14 with only very few trouble free miles since being restored. Restoration work included body and paint down to bare metal in its original 'Carmen Red' color, the original matching #'s engine was rebuilt to factory specs with a complete head rebuild, new pistons, crank and lower end, the engine was line honed and the rotating assembly balanced. The rear end assembly was also completely rebuilt and the car has new and factory correct newly upholstered seats with new correct factory wool carpeting, it has a rebuilt brake system with 'Willwood High Performance' front disc brakes, all the chrome was replated, new hoses, new rubber seals, new U joints, new suspension and steering bushings, rebuilt differential, flush transmission and differential. The car has an aluminum radiator with a thermostatic electric fan, electronic ignition, an upgraded oil pump and oil filter assembly, fuel pump, alternator and a stainless steel exhaust header.

All the options are working as they should including the choke warning lamp, turn signals, brake lamps, warning indicator lamps and horn. The heater and defroster operate trouble free and the engine runs reliably at +60 PSI oil pressure and 70 degrees C whilst driving. The floor boards and all the typical rust-prone areas are completely solid and rust-free! The car has no signs of any accidents of any kind and has a razor straight body. It's 'Carmen Red' color paint is virtually show quality having been stored in the garage since its restoration in 2014 and the car's interior is as new.
