Current bid $11,100 reserve not met, 6 bids 6 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
Elegant, fast and catlike with ultra-smooth performance, this Jaguar is in excellent condition with a clean strong body, and can be driven as is with no work required currently. Old English White paint with no scratches or dings, all chrome intact, and black original leather seats are in good condition with slight scuffing on driver's seat. Black fabric top is new and and closes tightly with clear rear window. All instruments except clock work. Clear glass on all lights with no cracks. Exhaust replaced with chrome tailpipe, new fuel pump and alternator and wiring in the last 100 miles. Engine runs perfectly, starts and stops immediately and compression test done early this year is perfect. White line radials with good tread on wire wheels in perfect condition. discernable rust or leaks. Engine is a 5.3 liter V-12 with over 285 hp with twin Stromberg carburettors, and is said to reach 150 mph when new, though I never drove it over 70 mph. Just passed emissions test this month. Weighing 2465 lb, this car is 185 in long, 66 in wide and 49 in tall. Always garaged for the last 15 years and never driven in rain or snow. Minor defects include missing lever for remote control of driver's side mirror and slightly worn seats .
