Current bid $7,955, two bids, reserve not met, 4 days left in the auction.

Sellers comment:
a beautiful 1969 Jaguar XKE. It is a 6 cylinder 4.2 liter automatic coupe with A/C. The mileage is 92,000. This car has been in the family since 1969 and has always been garaged. It is a real head turner.

Vehicle Condition
The inteior is absolutly gorgeous and in very good condition. The dashboard is solid, no cracks, and the car has a wooden steering wheel. The seats are maroon leather and have no rips or tears, just regular wear. The tires are in almost new condition and are mounted on spoke wheels. The white paint is in almost perfect condition. I assume it was at some point repainted. It is about 90% rust free. Original radio.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
