Ebay item 1/18/07
orthanticity.ie look like Dunlop. It is running Advans and comes with another 5 used tyres. Also have 4 original wires. Interior is all there but is showing it's age which is understandable. I am reluctanty offering my dream of racing an E Type as I have taken another direction and know that I will never finish it. Inspections are welcome. In answer to many questions, the car is curently on Victorian club registration which can't be transfered. It has import approval papers and can be fully registered in any state left or right hand drive. It also comes with a fifth mag wheel. The front suspension and trailing arms have been rebushed. The brake hoses have been replaced as well as all water hoses. Master cylinders were overhauled. Front pads are carbon metalic and the car drives and stops very well. It has had a new radiator and header tank fitted at some stage. Disributor was regraphed. I did approx. 1500 kls on the road before the oil pressure dropped and sump removed. The speedo does not work. It has a vehicle ID plate which matches to the chassis and engine number. I have found no rust. Carbs were overhauled with new diaphrams. A modern fuel pump was installed. Most if not all electrics work and a Bosch alternator was fitted. The right indicator doesn't self cancel. Lap sash setbelts are fitted. My idea was to get everthing working and then get it sprayed. It also comes with a second hand racing seat. There is no reason that it could not be turned into a very nice car for road or track. Can't think of anything missing. I will also throw in an original right hand drive dash. Car was originally opalescent light blue.

As stated in previous comment by Neil Manley 25 Nov 2011, the original documentation is offered on eBay, Described as follows: "This is an all original 1964 Jaguar E-type 3.8 coupe & roadster owners manual 10 piece package. This could be everything that was delivered with the car as new. The E122/5 owners manual cover has creases from being held and looked thru. The inside pages are in close to new condition. Page 26 & 27 have some fingerprints. The right upper corner pages have a small crease. The brown plastic folder, the clear window where not covered by the snap opening has turned orange. The gold Jaguar motif is mostly worn off above the snap. There is a 1/4" tear in the plastic on the backside. This includes a steering column lock sheet, the Manufacturers Warranty folder, the Periodic Maintenance Vouchers, the 1st & and 3rd pages are loose, the first 3 have been stamped at the dealer in 1965. the April 1963 Jaguar dealer directory for North America, the November 1963 Jaguar overseas dealer directory. Koni shock brochure, the original sales invoice from British Motor Cars San Francisco for E-type 890493 and the envelope used for mailing this to the owner. "

Ebay item 8/27/12
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Coupe-/320969400076
Current bid $16,600 reserve not met, 13 bids 3 days left in auction. Buy it now price $35,000. Car now said to be in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Sellers description:
This Coupe underwent restoration over a five year period. The previous owner rebuilt the suspension and engine. I had a new biscuit leather interior installed and changed the color of the car to opalescent gunmetal gray. The paint color is correct for that year. The interior carpeting is all new. The rear decklid was replaced and still needs glass(but is on order). The engine runs great, but is missing the air cleaner(and is on order). We did add a twin cooling fan to the radiator. The body is very straight. The windshield is new. The wooden seat frames were totally rebuilt. All the other glass is original. Everything works. The car just came out of the paint shop. The headlight covers and interior door panels have not been installed yet. With the engine compartment detailed, the car would be a primo example of the E-type.
