Sellers comment:
THIS 1964 XKE WAS A ONE OWNER CAR AND HAS BEEN IN A GARAGE ON BLOCKS FOR OVER 33 YEARS. IT DOES HAVE MATCHING NUMBERS AND DOES NOT HAVE RUST IN THE USUAL PLACES. THIS IS A COMPLETE CAR THAT HAS NOT BEEN MOLESTED, LIKE SO MANY E TYPES. THE CAR NEEDS TOTAL RESTORATION .THE BATT BOX IS STILL LIKE NEW THE BONNET DOES HAVE SOME DAMAGE TO THE FRNT, BUT WOULD NOT BE THAT DIFFICULT TO REPAIR. THE CAR STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL RADIO AND TOOL KIT ALONG WITH THE JACK. THE SPARE TIRE IS LIKE NEW. TRY TO FIND A CALIF BLACK PLATE CAR. THERE ARE JUST NOT THAT MANY AROUND. THIS WOULD MAKE AN EXQUISITE EXAMPLE WHEN FINISHED. THESE CARS ARE SELLING IN EXCESS OF 40K WHEN RESTORED. THIS IS A GREAT PLATFORM TO START WITH AND WOULD BE A VERY EASY PROJECT TO FINISH. ALL THE CHROME IS THERE AND GLASS IS GOOD.
