Car to be at auction 4/15
www.coys.co.uk/auction.php
Auction description:
Lot 119 - 1962 Jaguar E-Type Series 1 3.8 Litre Roadster
Estimate: €130,000 - €150,000
Registration Number: EU Taxes Paid
Chassis Number: 877200
Presented in Silver with Black leather upholstery, this is in absolutely exquisite car and a fine example of this true British sports car. We feel that this car offers a buyer a fantastic opportunity to purchase one of the best of British motoring history and given the recent soar in prices of early series 1 E-Types we would expect this to also be a solid investment that will see a strong return on investment, whilst providing elegant, and joyous drop-top motoring.

This car is an original and matching numbers LHD Californian car that was originally delivered to its first owner Mr. P Reneira Jr, of Half Moon Bay in California. The car spent most of its life in the dry states of the US, and since arriving in the UK a few years ago, the car has been restored to a very high and original standard, and since its restoration the car has driven under 100 miles.
