Ebay item 8/15/05 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-E-Type-Roadster-OTS-1961-Jaguar-XKE-Convertable-O ...
Current bid $30,100.00 (Reserve not met), 6 bids, 6 days left in auction. 66k miles.
Sellers description:
This 1962 Jaguar XKE convertible is very original. It has been re-sprayed, but probably 20 to 25 years ago and has a beautiful patina! The interior is original leather in excellent condition with also original floor carpets and sills. All instruments are nice original condition and all warning lights work. The tires are replacement Michelins that date about 1970 to 1975 and have a small whitewall. There is no rust or damage in its history.
This car drives extra nice and is very powerful. It is very tight and smooth. The transmission will stick in low gear occasionally, however it easily comes out if you pull. It?s probably shifting forks. The transmission is tight and okay other than that.
The windshield is original as well as the dashboard. The trunk is very nice. All chrome on car is original and outstanding.
The convertible top is in near new condition.
This is a car that has not been restored, but is very nice.?

Current bid $25,600 reserve not met, 23 bids, 5 days left in auction. 66187 miles. Still in Portland, Oregon but appears to be a different seller.
Sellers description:
This is an amazingly original, low mileage, rust free western car that has been garaged since new. Apart from an original color respray many years ago, the car remains as it left the factory. The engine has never been apart, the beautiful leather seats are original, the dash and instruments appear as new. The dealer installed AM radio still works great. The trunk area is clean and dry and the tool roll is present along with the original knock off hammer and owners manual. The tires are a matched set of Michelins with at least 50% tread depth and are from the early 1970's. The engine starts easily, has plenty of oil pressure and runs smoothly. The car drives extremely well. All instruments, lights and accessories work as they should. Restored cars are always available, but unmolested originals like this are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
