eBay.co.uk advert Feb 2020 with asking price of £78,000

October 1961 flat floor roadster project

Chassis number 875836, fully matching numbers in original colours with many new parts to come with the car.

    Registration number 703 XVJ

We sell more E type Jaguars than anyone in Europe. From restoration projects to fully restored concourse cars.

Here we have a previously unrestored car out of long term ownership. Original colours of Carmen Red with black interior and hood. The previous owner planned to do a cosmetic restoration but the car ended up in storage due to overseas postings.

Whilst rust is present the car in general is very straight and complete and the metal requirements are nothing extraordinary for a virgin car and a simple job for any professional classic car body shop. All the original attributes of this model and year are complete and intact.

The car is registered via DVLA inspection and so very easy to export to any overseas clients. We have available a copy of the heritage certificate, a list of spares which come with the car and a picture file with over 100 photographs.

The car is available to buy as it is or to commission a full, bespoke restoration through our 2 workshops in Derbyshire. The car is currently located at our showroom in Sheffield for viewing.
