Ebay item 8/20/05 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Opening bid $15,000, no reserve, no bids yet.
Sellers description:
I purchased this car on may 2001 from BIG BOYS TOYS in Palatine, Illinois. I have kept all the recepits from that day for all the work done on the vehicle. It is in good condition and I have only driven 2500 miles since my purchase. It has now 64500 miles. The car has always been kept in a garage. The interior is tan. The car needs some of the rubber moldings, the rpm counter and the clock do not work. The latest servvice was done in february 2005 by Overseas Motors here in Dallas. The car comes with a cd changer-tape and radio player. It has the original tools for changing tires and a book about the history of the TYPE E.

I have owned the car now for over 10 years and have replaced the top, rubber seals, stainless exhaust, radio, restored under the bonnet, rebuilt the carbs and had the paint restored. Great weekend driver!
