 | Well, I've been bitten by the "E" bug ever since I saw the Revell model of a red S-1 coupe as a kid in the base hobby shop at Gtmo, Cuba where I grew up. I never actually saw one in person until years later and fell in love all over again. Now I am restoring Big Red, a '69 2+2 and I have Priscilla, a '69 ots. The car came from an estate in New York. The previous owner changed the color to Regency Red. For it's upcoming restoration the car will be returned to it's factory Silver. The car has 49,337 miles and it's 1971 "red lines" on to prove it. It will get a complete re-paint and rocker rust repairs over the next few years. The interior show beautifully with minimum wear, mostly confined to the carpets with with some fading in the usual places. The car looks to be correct other than the repaint.
