Sellers description:
This is an auction for a very rare 1968 Jaguar XKE roadster 1.5 series 4.2 liter 4-speed. This vehicle is a two owner car. The last owner has had the vehicle for 30 years. The last time the car was on the road was in 1995. Since then the car has been in storage. The last time the car was started was about 5 years ago. The car has all the records for the past thirty years. The car is complete there are no parts missing. This is a good restoration project for someone who wants to own a piece of automotive history. The car was once silver and now is green. There is some rust on the floor, frame and the rocker panels have some body filler on them. This vehicle is a matching numbers car. I am selling this vehicle for a very wealthy friend that does not have the time to do another restoration. He currently has the same car in pristine condition that he drives on the weekends. This vehicle is sold as is and will provide all paperwork.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
