This 1967 Jaguar XKE Series I roadster was built on April 18, 1967 and is powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six equipped with triple SU carburetors and paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The car is finished in green primer over a black interior, and equipment includes a white soft top, headlight covers, chrome-finished 15″ wire wheels, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, ceramic-coated exhaust manifolds, and an aluminum radiator. This Series I XKE roadster was acquired by the seller in 2021 and is now offered with a reconditioned jack, a knock-off hammer, an owner’s manual, Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust certificate, photos of previous work, and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name.

Finished from the factory in British Racing Green with a Fawn soft top, the car has been coated in green primer and a replacement white soft top was installed during prior ownership. Features include headlight covers, a vented hood, chrome bumperettes with overriders, and a black boot cover. An area of corrosion on the driver’s door was sanded and coated in primer in preparation for the sale. Before and after photos of the repairs are visible in the gallery below, along with images showing dents and holes on the bonnet.

Chrome-finished 15″ knock-off wire wheels are wrapped in 185-15 Michelin X redline tires. The seller states the brakes and front end were rebuilt during previous ownership.

Originally finished in beige, the interior features black-upholstered seats along with a matching dashboard, center console, and door panels. Amenities include a heater, lap belts, and rubber floor mats. The seller states the cargo area weather seal, cargo floor, and trim pieces have been replaced. The radio is inoperable and the carpets are missing.

A wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer. The five-digit odometer indicates 17k miles, approximately 200 of which were added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.

The 4.2-liter inline-six features is equipped with triple SU carburetors, ceramic-coated exhaust manifolds, an aluminum radiator, an electric fan, a Pertronix ignition system, and a spin-on oil filter. The seller states the engine and carburetors were rebuilt approximately 200 miles ago, along with the replacement of the exhaust system and ceramic coated headers.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission. The rear end is said to have been resealed during prior ownership..

The Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate indicates a manufacture date of April 18th, 1967, along with original distribution through Jaguar Cars of New York, factory serial numbers, and interior and exterior colors.
