Car to be at auction 1/12
www.russoandsteele.com/collector-car/1974-Jaguar-XKE-OTS-w-hardtop/18851

Auction description:
1974 Jaguar XKE OTS w/hardtop
Offered Without Reserve
Scottsdale 2012
Consignment # 1563
VIN: UE1S25445
January 18th - 22nd, 2012 at Russo and Steele's 12th Annual Scottsdale Arizona Auction.

This is a spectacular "one owner" 50,000 actual mile survivor. The only alterations this car has ever seen was a respray back in 2000 to correct what Jaguar did wrong in 1974 plus a big bore exhaust. This is a "no stories", "no excuse" car that is virtually museum quality with one of the most outstanding color combinations of sable and bisquit. This is a factory 4-speed air car with the orginal factory hard top.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
