Car was at auction 8/12

Auction description:
This XKE V12 convertible, UE1S24970BW, has lived in the Seattle, WA area virtually its entire life. The car was acquired by what is believed to be the second owner in the early 1980s and it is now available from his estate, which also included other prominent classic cars and a host of rare, original British motorcycles.
The car has been in long term storage and has seen almost no use over the past decade. Indeed, it had not even been registered for road use in four years when, in 2009, it was finally put on Washington State collector plates that restrict mileage and use.
Overall, the car remains extremely original, the low mileage dictating that there has never been a need for a full restoration. It was professionally repainted in its original British Racing Green in the mid 1990s, and the finish still shows in excellent condition overall. The interior is almost completely original and the car still wears Pirelli P77 tyres on its original chrome wire wheels.
To bring it back to road-worthiness, in excess of $5,000 has been spent attending to the issues one might expect to have cropped up after a long period in storage. This included flushing and replacing all the fluids, removal and professional cleaning of the fuel tank, new brake lines, and more.
Included with purchase are the original Auxiliary Hardtop, Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate, the wheel knock-off adapter and lead hammer, jack, owners manual, registrations dating back to 1984, numerous recent photos of the car and the servicing, and invoices detailing the mechanical work performed. This car is listed in the XKE Registry.
