This 1974 E-Type is largely original and un-restored but the overall condition of this Jaguar is excellent. The paint is slick and shiny. No dents or dings noticed. Almost no visible wear. The interior is clean, SHOWS ALMOST NO WEAR and no evidence of smoking. The leather seating (hides) looks great with minimal "character lines"! Underneath, this vehicle has NO VISIBLE RUST OR CORROSION. Overall this Jaguar is a very clean and well cared for historic vehicle. It can be described as "all there" and "correct". The original owner's manual and various factory documents have survived and are included.

The gauges and lamps all work properly as do the various switches. The E-Type starts easily and the engine purrs smoothly with no unnatural noises. The gearbox shifts normally in all forward and reverse positions. The V-12 continues to run without hesitation as the E-Type is accelerated through all gears. It drives straight without pulling to either side and the tires are well balanced with no vibration. The driving experience is thrilling. It looks perfect (the paint is gorgeous except for the finger nail size flaw on the left size shown in the next to last photo). I am selling due to the economy. This car runs strong and looks strong. There are no scrathes in the paint. It is Old English White over a Russett interior. The black convertible top is perfect.

This is the most desirable combination of colors finished in white with a red leather interior and new top. With only 42010 miles it has recently received a complete mechanical refurbishing by a jaguar mechanic at which time over 7500 was spent to make sure it ran perfectly. The body is in great shape and having a 6 speed transmission along with A/C make it very desirable. Wire wheels add to its lure.
