Ebay item 4/17/11
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1974-XKE-Jaguar-Convertible-/320686380930
Opening bid $28,999 no reserve, no bids yet 8 days left in auction. Buy it now price $35,000.

Sellers description:
This is an XKE Jaguar Convertible 1974. It is what I would call a fawn color (original color) The interior is a tan color. The convertible top is dark brown. I thought it was black but the more I look at it, it looks like a dark brown to me. It is a 12 cyl. 4 speed manual with leather seats, wire wheels, power steering and power brakes. It does not have any parts missing, it is complete. It has been stored for the past several years indoors. This car is to be sold "as is". It was my husband's car (he passed away last year). It has 22,680 miles on the car.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
