Here is a nicely maintained and well-loved vehicle that has been owned by the same owner for 40 years. This is truly a gorgeous 1973 Jaguar XKE Roadster -- one of the sexiest cars ever built. For those of you who have always to wanted to actually DRIVE and not just LOOK at a beautiful E-Type, then this is your chance.

A conversion in 1987- was fitted with a Chevy 350 V-8 Engine and a new transmission. All of this slips under the stock bonnet neatly to keep it under wraps. Soon after, the car was completely restored and overhauled with a heavy duty radiator with dual fans, new upholstery, new leather, new carpeting, new paint and more. Also the car has been equipped with a kill switch for added security. The car sports its original spoke rims with Pirelli tires and new front shocks were just installed. The A/C and the original clock are currently not working . Installed is a aftermarket AM/FM/ Cassette player.

In 2003 the car was hit from behind while stopped at a red light. No frame damage. The car was fully restored. The work was done by Steve's Jaguar in Canoga Park, CA (Serving the Greater Los Angeles Jaguar Community Since 1981).
