Incredibly original 1974 Jaguar E-Type Series 3 Roadster.
Built on 15th of September, 1973, this car was delivered new to the Vojta F. Mashek's daughter Lyssa for her weekend driver. Mashek was a famous collector owning some of the most renowned cars in the world during their collecting lifetime.
The car remained in their hands until 2018 when it was brought in for a full servicing. The car received a full tune up, a/c service and recharge, brake service and was ensured from end to end that it was ready for reliable touring.
The car is entirely original with the exception of one repaint done to very high standards in its original color. The car is otherwise totally original and numbers matching as evidenced by the included Heritage Certificate.
I have receipts for all of the work performed on the car within the last year and it has been exercised regularly as well.
Everything works perfectly even the air conditioning.
The car comes with a full file of receipts and service history, the heritage certificate, the original jack and spare, the original owners manual and trunk pad. The car has zero rust
This car represents the most highly desirable of the series 3 cars with four speed manual transmission, power steering and factory air conditioning painted in one of the most rare and unique color schemes offered by Jaguar during the era.
Check out recent auction results, you will see this car is priced very competitively to higher mile and automatic transmission examples that have sold this year at auction. Don't miss your opportunity to own this turn key correct, original and very well sorted Series 3 Jaguar

Lot #107523
This 1974 Jaguar E-Type is a Series III roadster that was completed on September 13, 1973 and is finished in yellow with a black soft top over brown leather upholstery. Power is provided by a 5.3L V12 mated to a four-speed manual gearbox, and equipment includes power steering, a push-button AM/FM radio, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, knock-off wire wheels, and quad Zenith-Stromberg carburetors. Work performed between 2017 and 2020 included overhauls of the carburetors and replacement of the carpets, steering rack, ball joints, brake components, clutch cylinders, and A/C compressor. This XKE is being offered on consignment by the selling dealer at no reserve with service records from previous ownership, a car cover, spare engine gaskets, touchup paint, a photo of a Production Record Trace certificate, and a clean California title.
Finished from the factory in Greensand, the car was repainted some time ago. Exterior details include a replacement black soft top, a louvered hood, dual exhaust outlets, and chrome bumpers with rubber overriders. The seller notes paint chips along the rear edge of the hood, along with various blemishes on the brightwork and loose driver’s door hinges.
Chrome 15” wire wheels are secured by knock-off spinners and mounted with 185-width Vredestein Sprint Classic tires. A full-size spare is found in the trunk. Braking is via power-assisted four-wheel discs with inboard-mounted rears. Work performed around 2017 included replacement of the power steering rack, track rod, and upper and lower ball joints, along with the brake servo, calipers, hoses, and master cylinder.
The cabin houses bucket seats trimmed in brown leather, along with darker brown door panels and replacement carpets. Appointments include a push-button AM/FM radio, an analog clock, rocker switches for vehicle functions, and a height-adjustable rear-view mirror. The upholstery shows signs of cracking and wear and a tear is noted on the driver’s seat. A replacement heater valve and air conditioning compressor were installed during prior ownership, though the seller states that the A/C is inoperable.
A leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation that includes a 160-mph speedometer and a 7k-rm tachometer. A suite of auxiliary gauges are found in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 26k miles, though total mileage is unknown.
The 5.3-liter V12 features a single overhead camshaft per cylinder bank and quad Zenith-Stromberg side-draft carburetors that were overhauled in the late 2010s. Additional work during prior ownership included replacement of the fuel tank level sending unit, a fuel hose, and the fuel tank gasket. Several oil leaks are noted on a receipt.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual gearbox. The clutch cylinders were replaced during prior ownership, and a replacement exhaust system has been installed.
