Ebay item 1/24/04
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $18.3k (Reserve not met), 15 bids, 5 days left in auction. 51k miles on the odo. The car is being sold by Monroe Dodge.

Sellers comment:
This car has been donated to the Saint Marys Catholic Centrals hockey program, We are selling the vehicle for them. The engine starts and the car goes and stops. I have not had the vehicle inspected. It does start and can be driven. The rubber gaskets around the doors and windows are dried out and cracked. The windshield has a star in it. The car has been repainted at some point. The is a deep scratch in the roof.

I am the new owner of this "scruffy driver" and will be retrieving it in a week or two. It's a risk to purchase at long distance, but my last one turned out OK with our 86 Daimler Double Six, so took a chance on the E. This may be a very early 74 model or at least a transition model judging from the big bimper guards and the VIN.

Originally sold in Palm Springs Ca 9/29/74 and transfered to 2nd owner 7-16-75; 2nd owner kept it until 12/11/03 when he sold it to a friend who drove it 12 miles home and never drove it again. Currently has 51,000 miles

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
