Curernt bid $3,000, reserve not met, 1 bid, 6 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
Beautiful Metalic Blue Imron paint 4 years old. No waves, no bondo used. The car is darker than the pictures indicate. Some minor nicks with two chips. See the pictures.
The GOOD: Beautiful rust free body. $$$ 4 New wire wheels plus 5 original wheels. $$$ New (not installed) tan interior kit. Misc (not installed) new parts. New (not installed) dash cover. New headliner (not installed). New head tank installed. New tires and tubes. Low, low mileage.
The BAD: Hasn't been run in 3 years. I bought it from a guy who had disassembled the body to paint it. He never finished the project. I painted it, put it back together and got it running, but it had alot of leaks. I didn't drive it very much, but enough to find several problems. Brakes drag. Rear suspension sloppy (see the parts I haven't installed?). Engine leaks. Transmission leaks. Power steering boots cracked. The carbs were a nightmare. Occasionally I'd get missing then it would clear up!?! I'm sure you would have to rebuild the carbs and invest some time & $ into the engine to get it to work. Light scratches on the rear bumper. One broken turn signal lense. The gas tank had lots of rust in it. I tried draining it, flushing it several times. You'd want to replace it. I installed a filter that can be disassembled and an after market fuel pump. I got tired of cleaning that filter about the fifth time. Rip in driver's seat.
