Sellers description:
This well preserved example of an E type V12 2+2 is up for sale after years of being displayed in a 250 car museum and collection. We had to wake the girl up after so many years of strutting her stuff among lesser affiliates on display. The car now runs and drives as well as one would expect a forty thousand mile V12 to drive. We did not do any detailing of undercarriage or interior of the car, I wanted to show the patina as well as the integrity of the original car. The car has had one repaint, there is no indication of rust or rust history and no signs of accident history. The headliner is like new,the dash is straight with no warpage. The gauges are in excellent condition and in working order. The glass and chrome are in excellent condition. The car still maintains its original British Leyland AM/FM radio. The tires are new,replacements for the old museum tires. The paint is as good as the pictures reflect.
