For Sale nice restorable 1972 Jag xke v12 2+2
Very fast. Auto, cold a/c, four wheel disk brakes, no emissions, new air cleaners, new choke cables, chrome spoke wheels with knock offs.
Pale primrose color very rare. Black leather interior. Interior in great condition.
The good:
Body is very clean, only a few small dents.
Good wheels
Transmission and engine run well.
Air conditioner works great.
No electrical issues.
Stainless exhaust.
Great piece of automotive history.
New fuel pump.
Reconditioned and coated fuel tank.
Original radio works well.
The bad:
Needs a mild tune on strombergs. Runs well but sluggish off the line.
Could use a coat of paint on front end. Sun bleached bonnet.
Needs tires. I can mount new if so desired. Very hard to find someone around here to mount knock-off wheels.
Needs rear brakes adjusted. Never got to it. Still very drivable.
Needs new dash pad and headliner.
Carpet is okay condition.
Needs oil gauge replaced or fixed.
Need new gas tank sending unit
Speedometer hops probably needs lubricated.
