40,000. Original Mile Jaguar XKE SII OTS
Originally painted light grey this Series II was re-painted in a medium red metallic a number of years ago and could use a refresh as there are a few scratches and paint chips (the paint is not perfect).
Strucurally the car is in very good condition with a small amout of corrosion in the top of the rear wheel arches only with floor pans dented from a previouse owner, also a small dent in the rear of the car easily repaired.
The interior is in good useable condition with original seats and carpets with no cracks in the dash panel or door panel damage. The Glass is all good except for a stone chip in the windsheild.
Engine and drive line are in good working condition with strong Oil pressue and no know problems, strong brakes and no transmission or read diff noise. The car is fitted with power steering and needs to have a seal kit installed as it is leaking. Ignition system has a new Pertronix breakerless system.
Electrical system with alternator is working fine and dash switches seem to be in good order but may need to be replaced in future.
This car had air conditioning installed, and it was removed before I owned it and I do not have the original parts for that.
There is an after market Panasonic Stereo in place of the radio, with power antenea.
Wire wheels and tires are in very good condition.
This is a nice drivable E Type needing some tlc for summer fun.
