Ebay item 5/6/10

Current bid $1,970 reserve not met, 1 bid 6 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
Your chance to get into an Etype for very little money. This Series II car is fully numbers matching and is 100% complete except for the jack. The car has a clean title which is very important now a days. As you can see the car was stored outside under a cover for many years and the weather has taken its toll. This car came from a southern state where they dont use salt so the rust looks worse than it is. All the doors open AND bonnet open and close , the doors do not sag and the door gaps are as per original. The car rolls steers and the parking brake works. This car is for restoration but is by far the cheapest Etype you will find.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
