Vehicle is currently undergoing complete restoration to original specs. Car had a total of 9,861 miles on odometer and family of original owner believes it to be correct. Car had been parked in (un-protected) storage since 1978. It stayed registered until 1981 but noting reported thereafter. Decal, stickers, and license plates reflect same. Car had no title - only a registration. This was correct for NY as they did not adopt a "Car Title" program until 1973 and used the vehicle registration to show ownership.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
