Can anyone assist me in documenting the original owner of the car. My repair records only go back to 1971. In 1971 the car was owned by a woman in California.

Car to be at auction 6/15

Auction description:
1969 Jaguar E-Type Series II 2+2 Coupe
Estimate: $40,000 - $55,000
Chassis Number: P1R42156BW
What better color combination could you select for one of the most sensuous designs for an automobile than the Silver Gray exterior combined with the striking Red interior including leather bucket seats and appointments. This marvelous example is presented in excellent condition, sitting level with all body gaps and panels lined up to the same degree of perfection seen at Coventry. The chrome wire wheels sparkle in the sunlight as do the bumpers and trim bits. All around the tinted glass is clean and clear, devoid of nicks, cracks or wiper marks. A period correct Philips multi-band radio is mounted in the center above the console and all of the rocker switches appear to in working order. Reported to be in excellent mechanical condition, this is an outstanding example of a very civilized sports coupe, and with the automatic transmission, anyone can drive and enjoy this little E-type 2+2.
