This is a good to very good early XKE body and overall car. The car runs great and needs only the interior redone to bring it back to original tan. The original radio is with the car but not connected. The body has some small dings and scratches. The spare is also in the boot. Work on the Jaguar since 1986 includes replacing belts and hoses, tuned carbs, headlamp glass, turn signal covers, complete rebuild of short block and tune-up on the engine, adjusted valves, changed oil and filter as required, tune-ups done at a Jaguar dealer. The car has less that 2000 miles put on it since it was purchased in 1986. I believe I am the third owner. The car has been stored in a garage since 1986.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
