V8 powered with side pipes (!) seen on eBay, 5/2003. Ad reads:
"Jaguar 1963 XKE Modified. Fixed head coupe . 1971 - 302 Ford, 400 miles after rebuilt. 4 barrel, custom headers, side exhaust, C-4 transmission. All rebuilt. Approximately 250 HP. 95% of chrome done. New paint, new interior, new gauges, new shocks, new bearings and seals. New windshield. Lots of dollars and hours. Health forces sale. "
