For sale at the Ascott Collection of Vaucresson. A well renowned semi lightweight coupe with a competition passport issued by the FIA and race prepared to FIA GT Sports Car Appendix K standards. It has been with Peter Auto Racing since 2012 competing in the Spa Classic, 10,000 Tours du Castellet, Mugello Classic, and Grand Prix de l'Age d'Or from 2012 to 2015, Le Mans Classic in 2014 and Tour Auto in 2015.
A series 1 flat floor coupe, the steel body is lightened with aluminium bonnet and doors. It is fitted with a Rob Beere Racing 6 cylinder competition engine developing 330bhp at 6,500 revs/minute. There are Weber 45dcoe carburettors, a Lynx intake pipe, a road approved side mounted exhaust, Lynx aluminium radiator, four speed gearbox, a sintered metal double plate clutch, a 3.77 ratio axle with air cooler and a Quaife locking differential.
Girling brakes are fitted to the front and rear with Eibach suspension, Koni shock absorbers and Lynx torsion bars. The wheels are fitted with Dunlop racing rims and butterfly nuts. There is an 80 litre aluminium competition fuel tank with safety foam, double electric fuel pump and aviation hoses. Inside there is a 6 point roll bar, seat extinguisher and approved bucket seat.
