This car is mentioned in a letter in "Jaguar Driver" magazine September 1982 in a letter from Philippe Gaulier of Lisbon Portugal. He stated he was the current owner of the car but gave no further details. He did say that he also owned a Series 1 4.2 roadster chassis 1E 13488.

Further to the above comments the car is listed in the Jaguar Drivers Club E Type Register of 2001 with registration number 1A 61 69 and colour metallic grey.
