bringatrailer.com/listing/1963-jaguar-series-1-3-8-xke-coupe/
This 1963 Jaguar XKE is a left-hand-drive Series I coupe that is finished in British Racing Green over a tan leather interior and is powered by a 3.8-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The car was reportedly purchased new in Washington, D.C. and remained with the first owner until the mid-1990s. A cosmetic refurbishment included a repaint in 1997, and the seller purchased the car in June 2001. Equipment includes triple SU carburetors, ceramic-coated exhaust manifolds, a stainless exhaust system, an aftermarket cooling fan, a spin-on oil filter conversion, a negative-ground wiring conversion, and a Kenwood AM/FM/cassette stereo. This Series I XKE coupe is now offered with an operating, maintenance, and service handbook, an owner’s manual, service records, period magazines, and a clean Virginia title.

A cosmetic refurbishment performed in 1997 included refinishing the body in British Racing Green, eliminating the front fender top moldings, and replacing the floors to repair corrosion. The split chrome bumpers were re-plated in 2001. The seller reports that paint and bodywork to correct damage from a fallen tree branch was performed during current ownership, and a scrape is visible on the right-front fender behind the headlight.

March 62 engine and Chassis plate but a early flat floor body?

Up to 886013/14 everything apart the dished floors remain early. If you exchange the floors with the flat ones at restauration, the body is exact the same as the early Flat Floors (does not count for the bonnet).
Seems to be the case with this car...
