Sellers description:
1964 Jaguar E-Type convertible that we are selling for a family member. The car is located at their home in Scottsdale, AZ and can be inspected by appointment. It was purchased by my Grandfather in 1965 with 1,700 miles (2nd owner) and it has largely been garaged the last few years. They had it serviced just before this listing (see attached copies from AK Imports) at a cost of over $3,000.00 to have the carburetors rebuilt, new fuel pump, battery and general maintenance. The paint is nice but it does have some stress cracks and imperfections on the car from age (shadows in images are cloud reflections). I found another ad on eBay that referred to a “10 foot paint job” or paint that looks perfect from 10 feet away which I thought was a very good description. It has not been wrecked and they had a new top and seats fabricated approximately 5 years ago. At the time it was serviced (3/14/08), it had a total of 65,019 miles and has only been driven back to the house and around the block a couple of times since.

www.Electrontop.com canvas top and boot is being installed as well as some interior carpets. Good paint but not perfect show condition. Good chrome and perfect panel fit including door gaps. Unique +$1,000 tool kit from XK:s and/or early XKE:s. Over $60k invested. An original black hard top is also available at extra cost. Car is 65 miles north of Nashville,TN.
