This is a numbers matching highly original E-Type that has been restored to a very high standard and has been meticulously maintained under its current ownership for over 20 years. The car was acquired by its current owner in 1992 as a running, driving, rust free original and complete example. Upon acquisition, a two year, no expense spared, high quality restoration was performed using only original or NOS parts. Some of the best in the business were used during the restoration process which included complete disassembly, strip to bare metal and refinish in British Racing Green exterior paint over a complete Bartlett biscuit Connolly leather interior, Wilton carpets with a new biscuit mohair convertible top. The original factory hard top was also restored at this time.
