This early flat-floor E-Type was first delivered new to New York in early 1962 before arriving at its first home on the west coast. It is believed that this Jag lived in California and Colorado under two owners until a local Indianapolis-based collector purchased the car in 2014. Immediately after purchase, the new owner had ordered a Jaguar Heritage Certificate for the car. This proved that the E-Type had its original body, chassis, engine block and head, and was still in the correct factory color combination. Over the last decade, the custodian of the Jag has enjoyed driving, showing, and maintaining the history of the car. We are honored to represent a true icon of automotive design and heritage.
