Auction description:
Lot 342
Registration Number: 677 XKX
Chassis Number: 861601

This 1964 Series I coupe is finished in perhaps the best colour for a Jaguar; British Racing Green. Described by the vendor as being in good condition throughout with the engine and transmission we are informed as being in excellent order. The car is fitted with two hidden immobilisers and is supplied with multiple receipts for the engine rebuild and all recent work undertaken. A V5 document and an MoT certificate valid until August of this year are also supplied with this very pleasing example of a thoroughly genuine E-Type coupe.

Estimate: £38000 - £44000

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
