I have recently acquired this car. I have had it taken back to a bare shell/frames and re-sprayed Jaguar Pale Primrose. The numbers matching cylinder block is still fitted and I have rebuilt it with +0.030" Powermax pistons. I have substituted the numbers matching Moss gearbox with a 1965 All-synchro close ratio gearbox. I have also fitted a 2.88:1 axle and Girling brakes. I will submit a photograph soon

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
