We are always pleased to offer thoroughbred British sportscars and none more so than the 'E' Type Jaguar and at the moment there seems to be a shortage of the more desirable models in good condition.
This genuine right hand drive UK car has a very good history, including its heritage certificate, and has completed a very low mileage of only 54000 miles from new which is completely accurate and warranted. The whole car, which is arguably the best model and in the best colour, is described as being in excellent condition throughout with the leather interior having been completely renewed.
During the present private ownership much mechanical work has been completed, for which all the bills are available in the history file, which also contains the current V5 registration document confirming the cherished registration number 6823 LJ.
This is a stunning example of this much loved and sought after 'E' Type and it will reward its new owner handsomely for many years to come.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
