Seen at the Silverston Classic E type 50 gathering 22/23/24 August 2011. Cream/Old English White, fitted with black factory hard top, black wire wheels but otherwise pretty shabby...or is it original!

Not shabby or scruffy - just aged in honor!
My absolute favorit amongst the 800 E-Types in Silverstone 2011! I stood around it more than 5 or 6 times, took many many photos and hope that this car will never be restored to an 50 years old car in absolute new and shinning condition having the appearance as a new VW Golf only with a much nicer shape....
There where already many outside bonnet latch cars all aboslutely new and perfect!
Cheers

Did any one take any pics under the bonnet? I would love to see them if they did.

The Jaguar Trophy: Jaguar E-Type Series I
A panel of independent Jaguar experts were the ones who picked the example in the line-up. Chassis #850026 is an early E-Type that was never been restored and is unrotten. It could arguably be the best outside bonnet locker E-Type in existence.
