1971 Jaguar XKE Roadster Original Interior, Engine Rebuilt!
This beautiful 1971 Jaguar XKE Roadster has been with the second owner since 1977. It is one of the cleanest, most solid examples we have had and performs just as good as it looks. The car underwent a respray in the original Signal Red and a complete engine rebuild several years ago but has not been driven since then. The interior is untouched as is the beautifully preserved brightwork. The undercarriage still has all original floors and sheet metal and the car shows no sign of repairs from any accidents. Weather stripping was also replaced. All of the cars systems were refreshed including brakes, electrical, cooling, steering, suspension and fuel delivery. Chrome wheels are all like new as well as the fresh Michelin tires. The soft top is also like new and fits beautifully. The car comes complete with matching spare wheel and tire, jack, tool kit and Heritage Report. This is not only a wonderful investment but a car that can be owned, driven and shown with complete pride.
