This 1971 Red E-type comes with a beautiful black interior. seats have just been re upholstered in perfect black leather as well as dash and door sills its has a new tan canvas top
It is a fully matching number car and has the desireable 4 speed synchromesh gear box.
This car has been well looked after over the years. it runs and drives great
There is absolutely no rust on this car and it still has the original floors and sills. its an original california car with two owner history . car has been living most its life in high desert and is now in orange county , body is perfect on this car
This is a beautiful car, perfect for everyday use and even better for taking out just for a stroll.
It is a eye-catcher and will definetly turn some heads.
The car is equipped with factory air conditioning in it and makes it that much better when you dont want the top down.
the wire wheels are in perfect shape they were restored recently and are sitting in brand new white wall tires
the chrome is excellent with minor work needed on the rear bumper
The original spare is with the car and the knock off hammer . I have a clear title for it.

Under the bonnet or hood of this particular 1971 Jaguar XK-E Convertible is an in-line 6-cylinder engine sending power to a 4-speed manual transmission. Owner states it is a numbers matching drivetrain. Few things feel more natural out on the road than a British sports car and three pedals! This car is not concourse, but it is a big step above driver quality in our humble opinion. The car came with factory A/C - an option for 1971 however it is not currently working. The red exterior pops nicely against the black leather interior and the manual tan convertible top. The top is in great condition and fits the car exceptionally well. This Jaguar E-Type Series II Roadster is finished in Signal Red, a very popular selection when new, accented by sumptuous black leather bucket seats and a new, properly fitting tan folding top. Presented in all its glory and splendor, it is riding on a set of chrome wire wheels wearing a new set of sporty blackwall tires. Another desirable feature of this roadster is the factory air-conditioning system that will keep the cool cat behind the wheel even cooler. Among the many amenities included is a chrome plated vintage luggage rack affixed to the deck lid. Panel alignment appears laser-straight, and the mechanics are reported to be in exceptional condition and able to deliver all the excitement today as it did when it first hit the highway. Mounted in the dashboard is a Becker Europa AM/FM radio and there is a modern retro-sound stereo system fitted with concealed speakers mounted below the dashboard. At the time of cataloging, the odometer was showing under 55,900 miles, which our consignor believes are original. The E-Type Roadster is a generational car and is still viewed by most as one of the best looking sports cars of all time.
