1971 Jaguar XKE 2+2, British Racing Green, factory 4-speed, air conditioned, original biscuit leather interior, three owner car, last owner from 1979 of father-son team, car #15-72282, body #45-51937, engine # 75-3796-SA, gear box # KL-1187, really fantastic records of fastidious maintenance, excellent body, driven show quality paint, wonderful history includes notes with all work going back to 1979 as this car is carefully maintained to make sure it is correct, over $48,000 in file to make sure this car works well, very seldom does one see such wonderful records in an effort to keep a V12 Jaguar in top, top condition, really terrific mechanicals of the V12 engine, the father and son team moved the car from California to Nevada before coming to Atlanta, the son is a commercial pilot and insisted on the highest standards, notes include all of the important body and engine pieces, really nice paint and body, no rust but simply not top show paint condition, the car is set at a driven British Show Day car presentation, great luster, chrome wire wheels, blackwall radials, the interior presents very well, has the original biscuit interior with only slight wear on the leather driver's seat, the door panels show virtually no use, has a correct dash with the Becker Europe radio, has the full carpet in fine condition, all looks terrific in the rear area behind the seat, engine is freshly tuned, detailed to make sure it presents well at a car show, the file of receipts and manuals add to the value of this nice XKE, fresh oil, filter, plugs, a/c checked, full records of history come with this car, $28,950
