Sellers description:
This E-Type has been sitting in a garage for the last 30 years. After I got it home I removed the spark plugs and soaked the cyl's with oil for a couple of days. I installed a battery and the engine turns over on the key. There are several ignition component's missing and I have not tried to start the engine. The paint is in poor condition with the clear coat lifting and cracking all over the car. The previous owner also sanded the paint down to the metal on the drivers side door and bulkhead panel. Interior is complete and showing its age, seats are cracked and dried out. The dash is complete and in very nice condition.
Does not seem to be any significant rust in the body. Car is sold as is.
This is a cheap entry into the Jaguar E-Type market but the car will need a lot of work to get back on the road.
