Car to be at auction 9/08

Auction description:
First Registered 1971
Registration No NMC41K
Engine No 7S39835A
Chassis No 1S50347
MOT March 2009
Colour Red

Details
This S3 E-Type coupe has detailed a history file, which includes many MOT certificates to verify mileage, tax discs and extensive service history. It is in good overall condition having been recently MoT'd.

The car has recently benefited from having the front brake callipers reconditioned. The car is equipped with a stainless steel exhaust , chrome wire wheels, full length Websasto style sunroof, automatic transmission and sits on excellent tyres.

Finished in the definitive Red with black leather the car is said to be an attractive, usable E-Type. The engine is said to pull beautifully and the auto gear change is clean and crisp.

Grossly undervalued at the moment but not for much longer. With Aston Martin prices going stratospheric and other 60's classic going in one direction, the E-Type represents outstanding value. This excellent example is only being sold due to lack of use.

Estimate £9500-11000

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
