Auction description:
Lot 125 - 1974 Jaguar E-Type V12 Roadster
Estimate: €65,000 - €75,000
Registration Number: EU Taxes Paid
Chassis Number: UE1S24670

The V12 roadster on offer here today was imported very recently by a German dealer. It is a recent winner of the Arizona Concours d'Elegance and is in outstanding condition. Finished in tudor white and tan leather there can be very few finer cars than this.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
