Seller’s Description:Magnificent 1974 Jaguar XKE V12, matching numbers car with a full rotisserie nut/bolt restoration completed in 2020. Its 5.3 engine was professionally rebuilt in 2019 and has only been driven a few miles for testing/tuning. After warming to idle, when revved the engine sounds like an Indy car on pit road. Truly amazing and very strong! Upgrades include an aluminum flywheel, GAZ fully adjustable shock absorbers with new coil overs, Hayward & Scott stainless headers, K & N Air cleaners, full Bell stainless exhaust system, new 6" Dayton wire wheels, modern Retro Radio with power antenna and 150 watt Kenwood sub mounted under the driver;s seat with its wired remote discreetly accessible inside the center console box. Complete new cinnamon interior, Stayfast hood/envelope by Original Specification Jaguar Interiors. Exhaustive restoration work involved extensive plating (zinc and cadmium) of all hardware, new wiring harnesses, all electrical componments rebuilt, some instruments rebuilt by Nisonger Instruments, addition of high torque starter motor, removal of emission system components and installation of all new hydraulic components. Includes factory hardtop in British Racing Green with new black headliner, original British Leyland radio, Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust build sheet professionally framed in burl walnut, precisely machined ride height setting tool in aluminum bar stock, Union Jack car cover, original tool kit and jack, and 2 pairs of original keys.
